At Salagnac Arquitectos design Studio the geometric systems provide organization and logic to the design which leads to efficiency during construction.
The usable spaces are hidden behind a series of timber sunshades that provide privacy without completely blocking the sun and, at the same time, ensure cross ventilation throughout the building.
Facing the natural difficulties of the property and in the midst of a global sanitary crisis, the team seeks to establish an architectural language that applies bioclimatic strategies and energy efficient systems while offering a healthier, and more in touch with nature, way of developing working spaces and overall lifestyle.
